If you return a printer after the cartridges (inkjet or toner) have been installed, the cost of the same will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer.

If you are returning a product on which it is possible to save data (for example a computer, a tablet, a smartphone), carefully read the following points:

- the authorization by the customer for the definitive cancellation of the data is implicit.

- the customer is required to remove any passwords and / or access pins and any alternative biometric recognitions (facial recognition, fingerprint reader, etc.)

- if the device has been associated with an account, the customer is required to remove it from the account to which it was associated.

For all returned products, in the event of a return that does not comply with the above, there will be, at the expense of the customer, a devaluation of the returned goods, or the non-acceptance of the return and consequent return of the goods to the customer's home, with free shipping. .

- consumables for open printers (toner, ink cartridges, etc.) except for proven defects

-         software

The credit due will be made within 5 days of receipt of the goods at our office.
